This group is designed to help you explore and expand your abilities: --to listen and communicate compassionately --to deepen your ability to show up as your Authentic self with courage and honesty --To Know and Be Known --To be present with What IS in the moment, in you, in the other, in the group This is an Experiential Group that will use Authentic Relating Games, NonViolent Communication, Meditation, and Circling to facilitate this exploration in an open, supportive environment. Each month will have a different theme to the group. Come as you are!
